Agieling Cara out of the blue simply because she wasn't prompt enough to obey her was so Denna. lol The mistress does not wait nor does she negotiate.
And it was interesting to have Cara's thoughts about their "relationship" and the flashes of gentleness here and there (always followed by violence but there nonetheless). Really well done. Hot as hell.
