We've figured out our pay-scale will be really competitive and cheap compared to other companies:
10$ if you want a call back within 24 hours, 15$ for within 12, 20 for 6 and 30 for within the hour. We'll be able to remote into PCs and stuff and fix issues like that... and it's everyday problems too...
