I was late to the party too!!! I think I got into fandom about a year after the last episode aired! :/
BUT *SQUUEEEE* You joined LL?? How cool is that!! Even when I'm sad that you're not with us, we rarely get new members.. But nonetheless it's awesome! And we definitely going to see each other over there, kicking butts ;). (Should you have any questions or ANYTHING, feel free to ask me any time, as you have noticed I'm not that fast with replying, but I'm working on that too xD)
Oh I think it's a good thing to overcome this internal 'shyness', I'm like that too, but I've so many people I wouldn't want to miss now :)
